From Burnout to Fruit Trees

For years, I was stressed, overworked, and running on empty. Like many people, I was told that prescriptions were the answer—but the side effects didn’t sit right with me. Instead, I chose a different path.

I changed how I lived:

• I started exercising consistently
• I cleaned up my diet
• I leaned into fasting, juicing, and nutritional smoothies
• I educated myself on food as medicine

That journey led me here.

In 2020, I purchased five acres of land in Naples, Florida and built Jessie’s Tropical Fruit Farm—not just to grow fruit, but to grow health, knowledge, and freedom.
